Delivery & Refunds
Our Delivery Service
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. We send all orders by courier and are sent on a 2 business day delivery service with tracking available. (Ball Pools, Play Mats, Beanbags take 5-10 business days)
Some orders have taken 3 days delivery (4 days total) due to current circumstances affecting logistics, however your order is tracked from the moment it leaves our office.
Any order under £30 has a standard fee of £2.95 and will receive a 2 day, tracked courier service. Any order over £30 will receive the same delivery service free of charge.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided then please let us know ASAP. We will try our best to update the delivery information however we can not refund for incorrect delivery information.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order then we are happy to accept the product returned and offer a refund.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have elapsed since you received your order, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We can not accept returns on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition and do not have the original tags attached. Returned items of this nature will not be sent back unless you pay postage costs.
When items are pre-ordered and paid for in advance, your returns period will start from the day that you receive your order.
To return an order, please email us first at email@example.com and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your original order number. We cannot guarantee that your item or required size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your item when it arrives in stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
Please note that returns can take up to 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider, but we will try our best to make this happen as soon as possible as we know how frustrating this can be.
Due to COVID-19 there has been delays in shipment due to international and local delays. This has meant we have an unusually high amount of out of stock products. We appreciate your patience during these times.
